2. Our Products
We supply printed stickers, labels, decals, graphics and related printed products.
Many of our products are custom-made, personalised or produced to the customer’s specific requirements. This may include custom sizes, shapes, colours, artwork, wording, logos, finishes or quantities.
Product images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only. Colours, finishes and materials may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing processes, lighting conditions and material batches.
3. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the goods listed in your order.
An order is only accepted once we have confirmed it or started processing it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
- payment has not been received;
- incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
- artwork or content supplied is unsuitable;
- the product cannot be produced as requested;
- delivery information is incomplete or incorrect;
- the order appears to be fraudulent or suspicious.
4. Customer Artwork and Proofs
Where you upload or supply artwork, logos, text, images or designs, you are responsible for ensuring that all details are correct.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- spelling;
- grammar;
- colours;
- sizes;
- layout;
- contact details;
- QR codes;
- barcodes;
- image quality;
- cut lines;
- bleed and safe areas.
If we provide a proof, it is the customer’s responsibility to check it carefully before approval. Once a proof has been approved, we are not responsible for errors that were visible on the approved proof.
If artwork is supplied in low resolution or unsuitable quality, we may contact you to request a better file. If you ask us to proceed with low-quality artwork, the final print quality may be affected.
5. Artwork Ownership and Permission
By supplying artwork, logos, images, text or designs to us, you confirm that you own the rights to use them or have permission from the rights holder.
You agree that your supplied artwork does not infringe copyright, trademarks, intellectual property rights or any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to refuse to print artwork that we believe may be unlawful, offensive, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, infringing or otherwise unsuitable.
6. Design Services
Where we provide design work, artwork amendments or layout services, the design remains our property until paid for in full.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, design fees cover the creation of print-ready artwork for use with our products only. Editable source files are not included unless specifically stated.
Additional design changes, artwork corrections or reworks may be chargeable.
7. Production Times
Production times shown on our website are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, artwork approval, material availability and the type of product ordered.
Production time usually begins once:
- payment has been received;
- all required artwork has been supplied;
- any required proof has been approved;
- all order details have been confirmed.
We will always aim to complete orders as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for delays caused by late artwork approval, incorrect information, courier delays or circumstances outside our control.
8. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service has been specifically agreed and paid for.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery details, failed delivery attempts, weather conditions, strikes, traffic, customs delays or other circumstances outside our control.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a full and accurate delivery address. If an order is delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect delivery information, additional charges may apply.
9. Delivery Damage or Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, you must contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of:
- the packaging;
- the damaged or incorrect items;
- the delivery label;
- the full order received.
Claims for damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery where possible. This helps us raise any issue with the courier or production team quickly.
We may not be able to accept claims where the goods have been used, applied, installed, altered or disposed of before we have had the opportunity to assess the issue.
10. Cancellations
For standard, non-custom products, customers may have the right to cancel their order within the statutory cancellation period.
However, most of our sticker and graphics products are custom-made, personalised or produced to the customer’s specification. Once production has started, custom-made or personalised orders cannot usually be cancelled, refunded or returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel or amend the order at our discretion.
11. Returns and Refunds
Custom-made, personalised or made-to-order products cannot be returned simply because the customer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong size, supplied incorrect artwork or no longer requires the goods.
We will offer a suitable resolution where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- a replacement;
- a reprint;
- a partial refund;
- a full refund.
We reserve the right to request photographs, further evidence or return of the goods before approving a refund or replacement.
Refunds will usually be made back to the original payment method.
12. Application and Installation
Unless installation is specifically included, our products are supplied for customer application.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that stickers, labels, decals or graphics are suitable for the intended surface and environment before use.
Surfaces should usually be clean, dry, smooth and free from dust, grease, wax, moisture or loose material before application.
We are not responsible for application issues caused by:
- unsuitable surfaces;
- incorrect installation;
- poor surface preparation;
- exposure to unsuitable conditions;
- incorrect storage;
- customer handling;
- applying the product after a long delay;
- removing and repositioning products not designed for reuse.
Where possible, we recommend testing a small area before full application.
13. Colour and Print Tolerances
Printed colours may vary slightly from what is shown on screen. Screens display colour using RGB light, while printing uses physical inks, toners or materials.
We cannot guarantee an exact colour match unless a specific colour-matching service has been agreed in writing.
Minor variations in colour, cut, size, alignment, finish or material are normal within print production and will not normally be classed as a fault.
14. Sizing and Measurements
Customers are responsible for ordering the correct size.
Product sizes may be subject to small manufacturing tolerances. Where stickers are supplied on sheets, rolls or with backing material, the overall sheet or backing size may differ from the individual sticker size.
15. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment must be received before production begins unless we have agreed credit terms in writing.
If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
16. Discount Codes and Promotions
Discount codes, promotional offers and loyalty rewards may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
Discounts cannot usually be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.
Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms, expiry dates, minimum spend requirements or product exclusions.
17. Loyalty Points and Rewards
Where a loyalty scheme is offered, points or rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the loyalty scheme at any time.
Points may be removed if an order is cancelled, refunded, suspected of abuse or placed in breach of these terms.
18. Website Information
We aim to keep product descriptions, pricing, delivery information and availability accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change product details or cancel orders affected by inaccurate information.
19. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or breach of statutory rights.
20. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
This may include, but is not limited to, courier delays, severe weather, fire, flood, strikes, supply shortages, power outages, machinery breakdown, technical issues, illness, accidents or government restrictions.
21. Privacy
We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Customer details will only be used for processing orders, delivering goods, customer service, account management, marketing where permitted, and other legitimate business purposes.
22. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us using the details provided on our website.
Please include your order number, full details of the issue and any supporting photographs where relevant.
We will aim to respond as quickly as possible and work with you to reach a fair resolution.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version that applies to your order will be the version displayed on our website at the time your order is placed.
24. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless consumer protection laws require otherwise.
