What kinds of products can I get from SycoGraphix?
We print all sorts of custom goodies — vinyl stickers, clear and holographic stickers, die-cut shapes, sticker sheets, and more. Everything is made to order and tailored to your design.
Can I upload my own artwork?
Absolutely! Upload your custom designs — logos, artwork, type — and we’ll turn them into high-quality stickers and graphics exactly how you want them.
Artwork & Files
What file formats do you accept?
We recommend high-resolution files in PNG, PDF, AI, or EPS at 300 DPI. Vector files give the sharpest results, but we can work with most quality image formats.
Can you help prepare my artwork for print?
Yes. If your file needs tweaks — adding cut lines, resize adjustments, colour checks — we’ll sort it before printing. Upload your artwork and we’ll take a look.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Yes. Every custom order comes with a free digital proof so you can sign off before we print.
Can I get a sample first?
We offer sample packs for a small cost.
These are designed to showcase the different materials, finishes, effects, and print quality we offer, so you can see and feel the difference before placing a full order.
Our sample packs are ideal if you want to compare things like:
Gloss vs matte finishes
Speciality effects (holographic, clear, etc.)
Overall print sharpness and colour quality

Printing & Materials
What materials do you use? Are waterproof/durable?
We use premium materials — waterproof, UV-resistant vinyl for outdoor durability. All finishes are built to last.
Do you offer different finishes like matte and gloss?
Yes! Choose gloss for vibrant, shiny colours or matte for a more refined, understated look.
What’s the difference between die-cut stickers and sheets?
Die-cut stickers are cut to the exact shape of your design for a professional look. Sticker sheets hold multiple designs or repeats of the same design in one sheet format.
Ordering & Delivery
How do I place an order?
Just pick your product, size and finish, upload your artwork and checkout. We’ll take it from there and send you a proof for approval.
How long does printing and delivery take?
Standard turnaround is typically around 2-7 working days, with delivery times depending on your location and service selected. Express options are available if you need things faster.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, and UK delivery is quick and reliable. Tracking details will be sent once your order is on the way.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been printed or shipped yet, get in touch ASAP and we’ll do our best to adjust it.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus options like bank transfer or invoice on request.
Are there any hidden fees?
Nope. Everything is transparent — you’ll see the full price at checkout.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes. Prices will be displayed in your local currency based on location.
Returns & Problems
What if my order arrives damaged?
Just send us a photo and your order number — we’ll sort a free reprint or replacement right away.
What if my stickers are wrong after I’ve approved my proof?
Once a proof has been approved, your order is printed exactly as shown. This means we can’t offer refunds or free reprints for issues that were visible on the approved proof, including spelling, sizing, colours, layout, or artwork details.
That said, we’re not robots and we do care about our customers. If something looks genuinely off, or if there’s a clear production error on our side that doesn’t match the approved proof, get in touch with us as soon as possible. We’ll review it and, if the issue is down to a printing fault, we’ll put it right.
To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend checking your proof carefully before approving it. Take a moment to double-check text, dimensions, colours, and overall layout. Once it’s approved, it’s locked in and sent to print.
If you’re ever unsure at the proof stage, ask questions. We’d much rather tweak things beforehand than disappoint you afterwards.
