General Questions
What kinds of products can I get from SycoGraphix?
We print all sorts of custom goodies — vinyl stickers, clear and holographic stickers, die-cut shapes, sticker sheets, and more. Everything is made to order and tailored to your design.
Can I upload my own artwork?
Absolutely! Upload your custom designs — logos, artwork, type — and we’ll turn them into high-quality stickers and graphics exactly how you want them.
Do you offer sample packs?
Yes. If you’d like to see our materials before placing an order, we offer sample packs containing a range of our most popular finishes and materials.
Are your stickers suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Our premium vinyl stickers are produced using high quality external grade materials designed to withstand rain, sunlight and everyday wear and tear.
Can I write on your stickers?
Most of our matte materials can be written on using permanent marker or ballpoint pen, although we would always recommend testing first if this is important for your application.
Do you print white ink?
Yes. We can print white ink on clear, holographic and selected speciality materials where required.
Can you print metallic colours?
We don’t print metallic inks, however our holographic, glitter and silver materials can create striking metallic-style effects.
What size sticker should I choose?
The best size depends entirely on the application. Product labels, branding stickers and promotional giveaways all suit different sizes. If you’re unsure, feel free to get in touch and we’ll happily advise.
Can you print QR codes and barcodes?
Yes. We can print both QR codes and barcodes onto stickers for packaging, inventory management, promotions and product information.
Are your stickers suitable for product packaging?
Definitely. Many of our customers use our stickers for packaging seals, product labels, thank you stickers and branded inserts.
Which material is best for textured surfaces?
For rough, textured or low-energy surfaces we generally recommend our hi-tack adhesive material for improved adhesion.
Can I apply stickers to vehicles?
Yes. Our premium laminated vinyl stickers are ideal for vehicles and motorsport applications thanks to their durability and weather resistance.
Do you offer custom shapes and sizes?
Absolutely. Most of our products can be produced in virtually any shape or size to suit your design and application.
Can I speak to someone before ordering?
Of course. If you’re unsure which material, size or finish is right for your project, simply get in touch and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Do you add new materials and finishes?
We’re constantly testing and introducing new materials and finishes to expand our range, so if you’re after something specific that you can’t see on the website, just ask.
Artwork & Files
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, PSD and high-resolution JPG files.
What artwork setup do you recommend?
For best results, we recommend supplying artwork at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI in a CMYK colour profile, with a 3mm bleed and 3mm safe area included, and all fonts converted to outlines before submission.
What if my artwork isn't print ready?
No problem. We check every file before production and will contact you if anything needs adjusting.
Can you help prepare my artwork for print?
Yes. Every custom order comes with a free digital proof so you can sign off before we print.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Yes. A digital proof is sent for approval before production begins.
Can you create my cut line?
Absolutely. Most customers simply upload their artwork and we’ll create the cut path for you.
Can you make changes to my artwork?
Minor adjustments are often included free of charge. Larger design changes may incur an artwork fee.
Will printed colours match my screen?
Not exactly. Screens display colours in RGB while printers use CMYK inks, so slight colour variation can occur.
Printing & Materials
What sticker materials do you offer?
We offer a wide range of premium materials to suit almost any application, including gloss and matte laminated vinyl stickers, holographic stickers, glitter holographic stickers, clear stickers with white ink, hi-tack adhesive stickers, reflective stickers, die-cut magnets and precision-cut vinyl graphics. We’re always testing and introducing new materials too, so if you’re looking for something specific that you can’t see on the website, get in touch as there’s a good chance we can help.
Do you offer different finishes like matte and gloss?
Yes! Choose gloss for vibrant, shiny colours or matte for a more refined, understated look.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes. Our premium vinyl stickers are waterproof and suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
Are your stickers dishwasher safe?
Our laminated premium stickers are dishwasher resistant and ideal for bottles, flasks and drinkware.
How long will your stickers last outdoors?
Our premium polymeric vinyl and laminate combinations are rated for approximately 7 years outdoors depending on conditions and application.
What's the difference between die-cut and kiss-cut stickers?
Die-cut stickers are cut all the way through both the vinyl and backing paper, following the exact shape of your design for a clean, finished look. Kiss-cut stickers are only cut through the vinyl layer, leaving the backing sheet intact around the design, making them easier to peel and ideal for more intricate shapes or retail presentation.
Can stickers be removed?
Most of our standard stickers use a permanent adhesive designed for long-term applications. While they can usually be removed without too much difficulty, some adhesive residue may remain depending on the surface and length of application. In these cases, a suitable adhesive remover or cleaning product may be required to remove any remaining residue.
Ordering & Delivery
How do I place an order?
Just pick your product, size and finish, upload your artwork and checkout. We’ll take it from there and send you a proof for approval.
How long does printing and delivery take?
Standard turnaround is typically around 2-5 working days, with delivery times depending on your location and service selected. Express options are available if you need things faster.
Do you offer express turnaround?
If you have a deadline, get in touch before ordering and we’ll see what we can do.
When does production begin?
Production begins once artwork approval has been received.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are dispatched using tracked delivery services.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, although shipping times and costs will vary depending on destination.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been printed yet, get in touch ASAP and we’ll do our best to adjust it.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna, plus options like bank transfer or invoice on request.
Are there any hidden fees?
Nope. Everything is transparent — you’ll see the full price at checkout.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes. Prices will be displayed in your local currency based on location.
When is payment taken?
Payment is collected at checkout before production begins.
Do you offer trade accounts?
Trade pricing and account facilities are available for qualifying businesses and regular customers.
Returns & Refunds
What if my order arrives damaged?
Just send us a photo and your order number and we’ll investigate immediately.
What if there's a problem with my print?
If the issue is due to manufacturing or production we’ll replace or refund the affected items.
What if I spot an error after approving my proof?
Once artwork has been approved we print exactly as authorised, so it’s important to carefully check your proof before approval.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can usually be cancelled before production begins. Once printing has started we may not be able to stop production.
